Because Scion’s off-campus student housing properties aren’t all built the same, they needed simple, strong brands that tell the unique story of each type to their target audience.

This audience yearns for independence and wants more room to roam. We developed Redpoint to give them a big, bold brand to match — welcoming wonderers and wanderers to a place like no other.

RESULTS

As their national rollout kicked off in 2019, Scion’s team members are more engaged and are using the brand to inform a new way of thinking about operations. They’ve also experienced 8% increase in online reputation scores.

A playful, badge-inspired logo spoke to the adventurous spirit of Redpoint and those who call it home.

Redpoint’s strategy — from their simple truth, to the actions they live by, to their big personality — inspired a look and feel that extended through their communications and communities.

An energetic, engaging photographic style shows this is a brand that’s up for anything. Immersive housing fair booth prototypes showcase the new brands and introduce them to the internal Scion team.
