CHALLENGE
The landscape of human resources is evolving more quickly than ever before. So, 13 independent, regional employer associations across the country came together to help businesses evolve along with it. This collective came to Simple Truth to help build a new brand that would allow them to better serve their growing clients and compete more effectively against national service providers.
SOLUTION
With a unique combination of national and hyper-local expertise, the newly formed coalition would provide HR resources and solutions for today and tomorrow. Starting with crafting a name, we built the brand from the ground up. We also developed and implemented a comprehensive launch plan emphasizing this collective’s ability to deliver everything a business needs in the world of HR.

Working side by side through it all, we were able to continually collaborate and arrive at the right solutions for this exciting new brand.

The Reach Alliance expression is approachable, inclusive and trusted, speaking to everyone on a human-to-human level and reinforcing that HR is all about people.
We integrated an innovative photography style to show the expansiveness of the brand and further differentiate it from the expression of other HR companies.
The homebase of all things Reach Alliance. We designed the website to be a vehicle for sharing thought leadership and showcasing each of the 13 regional employer associations in the network, all while reinforcing their fruitful partnership.
Sharing the Reach Alliance story with the world was a crucial piece of the puzzle. Internally, we equipped each member association with the tools and knowledge to speak to, and advocate for, the brand. Following that, external campaigns positioned Reach Alliance as a leader in all aspects of HR.

We created Reach Alliance’s flagship, multipage thought leadership piece, "The future of work," to coincide with the brand launch. We also developed and executed a social media strategy to help celebrate and amplify all the great work happening across their network.
