CHALLENGE
Baird & Warner wanted to promote the one-stop-shopping experience its team (agents, loan officers and attorneys) delivers to homebuyers and sellers.
SOLUTION
It all started with the insight that “The purpose of home is expanding,” a shift amplified by but not limited to the pandemic. With that foundation, we created a campaign that positions Baird & Warner’s team as the only choice for a place that means so much.
RESULTS
The Home+ campaign was awarded a Graphis Silver Award in the Advertising Annual 2022 competition. “This is among the best work we’ve ever done,” said Peter Papakyriascou, SVP, Marketing & Communications. “We set an all-time record of $13 billion in sales in 2021!”
