Nemera
A new EVP: promoting purpose, powering lives.
CHALLENGE
As a fast-growing, global drug delivery devices manufacturer, Nemera needed support fueling talent recruitment and retention. Its team was looking for an employee value proposition that connected their brand purpose, engaged their diverse global workforce and provided the foundation for a more interconnected culture.
SOLUTION
Simple Truth conducted stakeholder research that led to the development of an ownable EVP with actionable pillars that allowed Nemera to organize and promote its employee programs. From there, we developed an activation plan and are continuing to build recruitment and retention tools that bring the new EVP to life.
We took Nemera's genuine patient-first commitment and extended it into the three EVP pillars.
Care-powered: fostering a culture of care to give employees the power to do what's right, all the time. Collaboration-fueld: true teamwork that rejects silos and hierarchy in favor of open communication and autonomy. Growth-wired: passionate, high-impact energy, making every day a new adventure with contributions to improve patients' lives.
We hit refresh on Nemera's careers page by streamlining the user experience and infusing the new EVP. The new language is both a promise of the continuing opportunity that can be found here and a reflection of the culture every employee helps shape.
"The mark you make" campaign connected the work Nemera employees do to the impact they're making for people all around the world.
Nemera employees aren't just making medical devices — they're making an impact on people's lives. We planted that insight at the center of a product-focused campaign with on-site activation.
Bring out the lights, the camera and the people who make Nemera, Nemera. We also coordinated and art directed a photoshoot, and conducted interviews to get on-the-floor insight into what it's like to work here. This gave us everything we needed to authentically showcase the culture of care (and impact) that exists at the company, to help recruit the future of Nemera on their website.
