CHALLENGE

Allstate asked Simple Truth to brand and launch their comprehensive employee wellness program and get employees excited to participate. We named the program “Good Life” and designed fresh, unexpected ways to bring it to life for employees nationwide.

SOLUTION

Good Life’s brand expression used custom illustrations by Jill Calder combined with empathetic and engaging messaging. From videos and intranet ads, to campus signage and environmental design, Allstate employees couldn’t miss the message that a good life was in their hands.

RESULTS

The program also led to larger business benefits, from employee satisfaction to lowering insurance costs.

Behind the entire program, we created an activation plan designed to drive engagement and empower employees, including naming Good Life champions who led team challenges and provided peer-to-peer encouragement.

Working with Allstate’s food service vendor, we designed the “Good Choice” program, which gave subsidies to employees on healthier food choices.

Good Life’s flexible creative direction allowed Allstate’s HR team to cost-effectively maintain and extend the brand as the program evolved.
